JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a market leading, international organisation as they look to recruit a Credit Controller to join the finance team in Leeds on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Credit Manager and Team Leader, the successful candidate will join an established team of four experienced Credit Controllers. Offering the opportunity to work from home up to 4 days per week if required, the successful candidate would only be required to work from the office one day each week, though the option is there to hold a full time office desk if preferred.
Key duties will include:
- Responsibility for your own ledger, dealing with key accounts and small independent customers
- Chasing debts by phone and email in adherence with company credit policy
- Timely and accurate allocation of customer payments
- Identifying account issues and liaising with all internal parties to resolve asap
- Management of credit limits and putting customers on stop when required
- Produce reports for management, tracking aged debt etc.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
