JHE & Partners are excited to be working with a successful business on the outskirts of Leeds as they look to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a stand alone finance position within this £10 million turnover business and the successful candidate will be responsible for all finance duties using Quickbooks.
Working closely with the Directors, applicants must be confident communicators, able to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels. It is a friendly office environment with lots of staff incentives and perks such as annual race days, trips to their box at the football and regular team lunches to name a few.
This role would suit qualified candidates or those qualified by experience. The company have an excellent relationship with their external accountants, so the role can be altered to suit the right person depending on experience.
Key duties will include:
- VAT Returns
- Managing CIS payments
- Payroll
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Cashflow forecasting
- Producing monthly reports for senior management
