JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a growing and successful business based in the Leeds area. Reporting to a superb Finance Director, this is a key role within the organisation and a member of a Senior Management Team.
The ideal applicant would have trained within practice and be looking for their second or third move in industry. That being said, applicants from an industry background who have operated in a similar role would happily be considered. The role will oversee the day to day finance operations for the business, managing a team and acting as main point of contact for auditors and other third parties. The successful candidate will also get involved in a variety of projects and commercial initiatives that will help drive the business forward, making this an exciting opportunity.
Key duties will include:
- Preparation of monthly consolidated financial information, management accounts, weekly KPI's and full board reporting pack
- Managing group cash flow
- Coordinating annual budgets
- Management and delivery of financial and business projects, working closely with the FD
- Liaison with external auditors and other third parties
- Supporting commercial decision making through the provision of robust and accurate MI
- Line management as support for a team of 10 in finance
- Continuous focus on business/process improvement and achieving the groups strategic objectives
