JHE & Partners are currently working with a global business in Keighley in their search for a purchase ledger clerk on a permanent basis.
Working in a small purchase ledger team, this is an excellent opportunity to gain wider finance experience with the opportunity to study AAT should you wish.
Duties include:
- Process invoices through the system (multiple companies and currencies)
- Matching of delivery notes and orders
- Working with departments to clear queries
- Work to resolve issues with GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced)
- Chasing for authorisations and ensuring invoices are ready for payment
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- General administrative work such as filing, scanning, telephone calls and emails
- Ensure that transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner
- Any additional tasks as requested by Management
