JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Bradford organisation who are looking for a Reconciliation Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity working for a superb, profitable company that is continuing to grow and outperform its competitors.
You will be working as part of a friendly, cohesive team that work together to see the job through. You will have valuable experience working within accounts administration and relish working in a busy and fast-paced role.
Duties include:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Investigating queries and liaising with the operations team to resolve
- Investigating unallocated transactions
- Working closely with the reconciliations manager for further calculations
- Allocating payments
- Using excellent customer service techniques investigating queries and refunds
