JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a successful business based between Halifax and Bradford as they look to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator.
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar administrative role within a small to medium sized business. The ability to communicate with customers and internal colleagues is essential in order to ensure the process runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Key duties will include:
- Processing customer sales orders, inputting onto Sage
- Liaising with internal departments regarding existing orders, ensuring they are on track and meeting SLA’s
- Handling customer queries as required
- Producing customer invoices and sending to customers
- Supporting administration and finance team as required
