The ideal candidate for this position will be an organised and dedicated individual with extensive experience working within credit control on an end-to-end basis. You will thrive working in a busy and diverse role. You will have experience working independently and working as part of a larger finance team. You will be reporting into an experienced and supportive Accounts Manager who values their team.
Duties include:
- Control of Customer Accounts 400– 650 Live Accounts
- Opening & Monitoring New Accounts
- Liaising with Sales Staff with regards to payments and queries
- Raising Credit Notes
- Chasing Debtors and dealing with all queries arising.
- Allocation of money, cheques, bacs etc
- Banking on Invoice Finance system, checking for Bacs, returned cheques etc.
- Invoices and Statements monitoring printing and help with posting etc.
- Daily till reconciling Cash sales.
- Stop letters monthly, printing and putting Customers on stop
This is a very fast-paced role and would require someone from a strong background working in a stand-alone credit control position. Hours of work are typically 37.5. This is a superb opportunity working with a major business in Huddersfield. Please apply without delay.
