My client, a world leader in their field, are looking to recruit Technical Support Engineer. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to provide an outstanding level of customer service to its customers as well as a strong level of technical support. You must be organised, proactive and be able to work independently. You will be reporting into a superb Customer Services Manager who values her team.
Duties include:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support role
- Proficient technical knowledge
- A real problem solver – ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels across various channels
- IT literate including knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales order processing;
This is a very fast-paced role and would require someone with a good level of technical support experience, happy working in a team but with a good IT background. Hours of work are typically 37.5 but the client will allow homeworking once probation has been passed. Salary is negotiable. This is a superb opportunity working with a major business in Yeadon.
