
JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a long term client in Halifax as they look to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper on a permanent, part time, basis. Offering the flexibility to work from home, It is envisaged this role will be for three/four hours each day. This is a varied, interesting role working for a friendly company and a great Managing Director.
The role will involve:
- Processing purchase invoices, matching with delivery notes and creating payment schedules
- Handling supplier queries
- Creating sales invoices
- Chasing overdue payments
- Allocating incoming payments to correct customer accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with other aspects of a finance office as required
Experience in the above duties is essential for this role.
