JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a growing business in Bradford who are looking for an accounts assistant on a full time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role, due to significant growth over the last 12 months.
Working closely with the company bookkeeper, you must have strong experience working in an accounts assistant or accounts administration capacity. The position is responsible for the company invoicing in addition to the collection of outstanding monies owed to the business.
Duties include:
- Processing purchase invoices using internal, bespoke software
- Bank reconciliations
- Billing and credit control, ensuring all monies are collected in accordance with company procedures
- Supporting the small team in providing up-to-date financial information
- Ad-hoc accounting duties, as expected working in a small finance function
The role would suit an experienced candidate, used to working in a busy accounting team. You must have experience on Excel, be organised with great attention to detail.
Salary on offer will pay in the region of £25,000 - £28,000.
