JHE & Partners are working with a global business in Bradford who are looking to recruit a credit administrator on a permanent basis. This position is created on the back of continued growth, assisting the wider credit team in their back office function.
Reporting to the credit manager and working as part of a wider credit function, you will oversee the back-office credit function for the business. You must have a confident personality, able to with with other areas of the business. You must have previous administration experience to be considered for this role.
Duties include:
- Setting up and maintaining customer files
- Liaising with internal businesses
- Produce & send collection letters
- Assist in the notification of new business acquisition customers of changes in ownership
- Producing customer statements
- Responding to internal & external emails
- Generating & sending various external letters
- Chasing customer remittances
