This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, pleasant, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team where collaboration and communication are key.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and Verify Orders: Ensure all customer orders are accurate, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery details.

Data Entry: Accurately input order information into the company system to ensure smooth processing.

Inventory Coordination: Monitor product availability and proactively communicate any stock issues or delays to customers.

Customer Service: Handle order-related enquiries, provide timely updates, and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.

Returns and Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges, update inventory records, and manage refunds or credits where necessary.

End-of-Day Reconciliation: Ensure all orders are processed correctly and resolve any discrepancies.
