JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a great client based in North Leeds as they look to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator. This is a permanent opportunity, though they can consider both temporary or temporary to permanent options.
My client, a world leader in their field, are looking to recruit a customer service administrator. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to provide an outstanding level of customer service to its customers with a good understanding of Microsoft software applications. You must be organised, proactive and be able to work independently. You will be reporting into a superb Customer Services Manager who values her team.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Working experience with CMS (SalesForce) and EPR systems
- Supporting the existing Sales Desk function, liaising with customers and handling administration
- Entering customer orders onto the bespoke ordering system
- Checking orders received from the Online shop and processing
- Updating the Sales Order spreadsheet
- Amending existing orders and checking stock levels
- Raising proforma quotations and emailing to the relevant customer
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment
