JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a successful and customer-focused business based in Brighouse to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join a friendly and supportive team, providing outstanding service to customers in a busy showroom environment. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, and you must work on a Saturday as part of your regular schedule. An immediate start is available.
This position offers a salary of £25,500 per annum plus a performance-based bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service within the showroom.

Assist customers with product selection, providing advice and guidance.

Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean and well-stocked.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Support promotional activities and help achieve sales targets.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or showroom sales preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
