JHE & Partners are excited to be exclusively working with a leading business in Elland, as they look to recruit an experienced Customer Service and Pricing Analyst on a permanent basis. This role involves managing day-to-day client support and query resolution. You’ll be responsible for liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery, all in line with SLAs.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at building relationships with both new and existing customers and be able to interact with colleagues across all levels of seniority. The office hours for the role are Monday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Energy Procurement Management: Handle both fixed and flexible energy procurement processes.

Tendering: Create and submit tenders to suppliers.

Data Collection & Analysis: Collate half-hourly/daily metered data for tender requirements and analyze usage patterns.

Pricing Analysis: Develop pricing analysis and input matrices to be issued to sales teams before client meetings.

Contract Processing: Ensure all signed contracts are processed and obtain confirmation from suppliers of acceptance.

Objection Handling: Manage objections to transfers by liaising directly with both suppliers and clients.

Database Management: Accurately update the energy database with contract renewals, objections, and live date information.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with energy suppliers to gain a thorough understanding of their products and services.

Meetings & Events: Attend supplier meetings, events, and client meetings as required.

Market Knowledge: Continuously develop an understanding of energy markets and industry terminology. Provide market intelligence internally and externally.

Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and development, attend regular performance reviews, and engage in monthly one-on-one meetings.

Other Duties: Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the company.

Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
