
JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with an established business in Skipton who are looking for a finance administrator on a permanent basis. Joining at an exciting time, with continuous growth projected within the business, the chosen candidate will work as part of a small team of 3, ensuring tight control of both the sales and purchase ledger.
It's key that applicants possess at least one year's experience working within an accounts team. Enthusiasm and drive are key, the business works across multiple sectors both within the UK and internationally, therefore some exposure to multi-national ledger is desirable. Working in a lovely, open-plan office, candidates must demonstrate good communication skills, working across different departments in the business.
Duties include:
- Oversee purchase and sales invoicing for multiple companies within the group
- Processing credit cards for multiple companies
- Processing POs and credit card spend
- Working daily on Excel, downloading various financial data into Sage 200
- Wider administration duties as expected in a small finance team
- Attending department meetings
The role is fully office-based working in lovely office in Skipton. Personality is as important as experience for this role, therefore candidates with limited experience (1year) are still encouraged to apply. Role is paying £13 - £14 per hour, working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08.00 - 4.30 / 09.00 - 5.30.
