
JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a growing Bradford manufacturer who are looking for a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity in a newly created role, supporting the HR Manager across all areas of the function.
The business has multiple sites across the UK, working within a very niche industry. Ideally, you will be a HR professional with at least 2 years' experience working in a similar role. The role requires someone to attend the office working 20 - 25 hours per week. Although there can be a degree of flexibility on the days and times, you must be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays due to processing the wages.
Duties include:
- Manage the weekly wages process; from validating employee hours recorded in the T&A system through to submitting the weekly payroll instructions to our outsourced payroll provider
- Manage the monthly salaries process, submitting the monthly payroll instructions to our outsourced payroll provider
- Responsible for HR administration including contract creation, amendments and letters
- Updating and maintaining employee records and assisting to digitalise records
- Note taking in meetings, supporting Managers with investigation and disciplinary meetings
- Supporting Managers and Team Leaders with HR and Employee related queries
- Liaising with recruitment agencies, organising interviews and supporting with interviews when required
- Updating the HRIS (Bamboo) system and ensuring data coincides with finance and SAP
- Supporting the HR Manager with administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.
The role will pay in the region of £28,000 - £30,000. (Full time equivalent)
