JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a very successful and growing business as they look to recruit an experienced Interim Accountant. Working closely with the Finance Director, this role is key within the organisation whilst decisions are made on the structure of the finance team longer term. Taking responsibility for the day to day finance operations, the successful candidate will be confident managing a small team, working closely with the Management Accountant, Purchase & Sales Ledger teams to improve processes and efficiencies within the department. Other key duties will include:
- Production of management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reporting of numerous KPI's for senior leadership team
- Overseeing supplier payment runs working with Purchase Ledger team
- Working with Credit Control to monitor aged debt
- Cash flow forecasting
- To support the FD with system implementations and project work
With the genuine possibility of something permanent, this role would suit either a professional interim looking for a contract role, or someone immediately available who might consider an interim to permanent solution.
