
JHE & Partners are excited to be working with a brilliant business as they look to strengthen their finance function with the addition of an experienced Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Assistant on a part time, permanent basis. Offering 15 hours per week, ideally 3 hours per day but they can be flexible, this is a great opportunity to have an interesting, varied and busy role within a successful and stable business that offers the work life balance you might need.
Key duties will include:
- Processing of sales invoices
- Liaising with customers regarding overdue payments and resolving queries
- Allocation of incoming payments
- Run aged debt reports for management
- Issue customer statements
- Reconciliation of ledgers
- Other ad hoc duties in a busy finance team
