Part Time Credit Controller - Leeds

JHE & Partners are excited to be partnering with a well-established and expanding company based on the outskirts Leeds who are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Credit Controller to join their finance team.  

The role requires the individual to have excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks within the department. You will report into the group accountant and finance director who fully supports and invests in their staff. It is genuinely a lovely place to work with lots happening within business! They are open on hours of work so please don’t miss out on this brilliant opportunity. My client is open on salary but anywhere between £30,000-£35,000 FTE.

Responsibilities 

  • The collection of unpaid money and ensuring customers are paying in line with their payment terms.
  • This will be achieved through building positive relationships with customers to establish reasons for non-payment and help resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Posting and reconciling money to each customer accounts on a daily basis.
  • Sending out monthly Statements to each customer.
  • Preparing monthly reports and appraisals.
  • Working directly with the Sales team and Director.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to be proactive and manage workload efficiently and responsibly within a busy accounts environment
