Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and expense claims accurately and efficiently
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
- Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring timely payment
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policy
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
